Management, creation, involvement, inception, implementation and/or guidelines for dozens of brands, some of which transformed business.
Iconic, evocative, trendsetting & original: the brand that changed how beer is made & marketed. As well as doing the illustrations myself and hand-lettering the original logotype, I also wrote the copy on the labels (since changed under new owners) which emphasized the purity of the product and shook up the industry. For six years, the product sold on brand and word of mouth only, with no advertising. Also created eight other groundbreaking brands for Upper Canada, including for offshore products, a new brewery and a no-alcohol brew.

E&Y logo originally designed in US. Canadian implementation and co-brands by C. Fenby while design supervisor at E&Y in Toronto head office.
The first major rebrand in over a century, the initial new title was “Hongkong Bank” and the mark was designed by Henry Steiner of Graphic Communications in Hong Kong. The annual report was the first major public showcase of the new brand and was designed and coordinated by C. Fenby while a senior designer at Graphic Communications. The two dozen images in the report were custom shot in large format from the bank archives or from 8” x 10” transparencies sent from the UK and Europe.
Vancouver Green Capital brand developed by Haymaker Communications. Implementation and collateral material during 2010 Olympic Winter Games managed by C. Fenby while assistant director, communications at the City of Vancouver.
